Marty Levine, Co-Managing Partner
Marty is a recognized commercial expert. Trained as an engineer he spent 37 years with ExxonMobil primarily in commercial roles including chemical sales, marketing, management, technology licensing, procurement and as a leadership advisor. Drawing from his experience in building successful counterparty relationships, negotiating deals and developing commercial strategies he has developed significant “both sides of the table” insight. He has developed numerous tools and presentations which he uses to assess and frame commercial organizations and deals. Marty is an engaging speaker and has extensive experience training at all organizational levels. He is passionate about seeking excellence in commercial dealings.

Philippe Laroche, Co-Managing Partner
Philippe has 32 years experience including 21 years in Procurement at ExxonMobil, and has managed sourcing and procurement projects around the world. His experience started with water adduction and water treatment plants, construction projects, moved into the oil and gas industry (Downstream and Upstream), working closely with Operations. As a global procurement advisor, he counselled on multi-billion Dollars developments, from Drillships to tubulars. He specialized in Supplier Relationship Management and developed strategic alliances with top tier suppliers.
